About Us
We started out here in the Denver metro area and Front Range in 1989 doing commercial work downtown. We soon expanded into the residential market as well, where our thorough planning, attention to detail, and quality workmanship have earned us accolades from our customers and numerous referrals.
Dennis Cowan Owner and President:
Dennis has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, all of that here in the Denver Metro and Front Range area. As the owner and President of CLD Construction, he holds a Denver Class B license and has extensive experience in both commercial and residential work.
Mike McClure, Lead Project Manager:
Mike came to CLD with a construction management background and continues that project management roll at CLD. Mike works with our teams and others to ensure project goals are met and work takes place in a timely manner. Mike continues to enjoy the wide variety of work CLD offers him.
Keith Sellers, Colorado Master Plumber:
Keith began his plumbing career in 1983. He is licensed as a Master Plumber and has designed and engineered systems for numerous building structures. Due to Keith's extensive background CLD is able to ensure all work meets stringent building requirements and adherer's to all applicable building codes.
Rick Johnson, Colorado Master Electrician:
Rick has been in the electrical field for fifteen years. He has extensive experience in both commercial and residential work and holds a Colorado Master Electrician license. Rick's varied background and talent ensures work done by CLD meets stringent safety and design/building codes.
